第48回日本形成外科学会総会・学術集会

第48回日本形成外科学会総会・学術集会が、東京でありました．
そのなかで、International Forumが組まれ、頭・頚部を含めた動静脈奇形のシンポジウムがあり、私も参加しました．
Forumのテーマは、Treatment of Vscular malformation - Mainly on the Diagnosis and Management of High-Flow Vascular malformation.- （血管奇形の治療ー血流の速い血管奇形の診断と治療を中心として）でした．

* Craniofacial vascular anomalies. Hiroshi Nishikawa, Birmingham Children's hospital and Queen Elizabeth Hospital
* Management of the arteriovenous malformations and fistulas in the head and neck regions. Masaki Komiyama, Osaka City General Hospital
* Diagnosis and endovascular management of the body and extremity AVMs. Keigo Osuga, Osaka University
* Management of pediatric and adolescent patients with arteriovenous malformation. Shoji Watanabe, Tokyo Rosai Hospital
* Managemenet of intermediate to high flow vascular malformations. -Comparison of percutaneous sclerotherapy, transcatheteric sclerotherapy and surgical excision- Satoru Sasaki, Hokkaido University.
また、学会終了後に血管腫・血管奇形研究会が行なわれました．私はオブザーバーで参加しました．
演題は、
* AVM, developing phase hemangiomaを疑った１例．中岡啓喜、他、愛媛大学
* 咽頭後壁から頚部にわたる広範囲の海綿状血管腫症例．山本 純、他、高槻赤十字病院
* 手足の血管奇形に対する硬化療法による治療経験．櫻井 敦、他、神戸大学
* vascular malformationの訳語について．佐々木 了、北海道大学
* リンパ管内皮細胞の培養．河合佳子、信州大学
* 上顎に発生した血管腫瘍の１例．渡邊彰二、東京労災病院
* 苺状血管腫に対する色素レーザー治療．河野太郎、東京女子医大
印象ですが、この血流の速い血管奇形は、特に治療が難しく、形成外科医だけ、放射線科医だけで取り組める病気ではなく、多科にわたる協力が不可欠であると強く思いました．また、血管腫・血管奇形の分類も、未だ、一般の形成外科医には浸透していない印象でした．
